Checking your request
Your visit request is tracked through a private link, not a login.
Where to find your link
- Open the email titled “Visit request received” from SMKBBSP.
- Select “View or cancel my request”. That page shows the current status.
- Once your host approves the visit, you will receive a second email containing your QR pass link.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, the address may have been typed incorrectly when the request was submitted. Please submit a new request, or contact the school office during working hours.
Why we cannot look it up here
We do not offer a public search by name or reference number. If we did, anyone could check whether a particular person had arranged to visit the school. Keeping the private link as the only route protects every visitor's privacy.
